the purple and yellowish ones.
My favorite are yukon gold potatoes
You got russets
golden
new
half sweet potato, half normal, with duck fat is to die for
Family got a bag of yukon gold recently
they were all blightly as hell, ruined my experience.
We usually use russets.
yeah I made a shephard pie with purple ones and my friend was freaked out I remember but it tasted amazing
Yukon gold potatoes make the best baked potatoes cause the skin is so tender
Its what I like, anyways, I'm not a fan of the tough skins
also if you ever bake a chicken put potatoes in the same dish you cook the chicken with
I'm gonna' get some shit for this, but I don't care for shepherd's pie.
Not a fan of shepard's pie either
I've never had shepherd's pie before
I love it, but it's best with lamb or veal not standard ground beef like a lot of people make it with
isn't the beef one called cottage pie? I dunno
well proper shephard is supposed to be lamb but there's a lot of varieties
best is with layer of cream corn on top of the meat
*prolly a long shot*
Gee I've never even seen chicken livers, let alone fried it
I've never fried em' myself
I've heard they're pretty good, never tried them
pick em' up from chciken express
but I'll be damned if they don't taste amazing ona dinner roll.
Rich as hell though
gotta' be careful.
haven't tried it but I like pate and foie gras which is made from it
well goie is goose
that's been force fed
banned in some places
I've had horse also (bad french family influence)
I've never trusted the French man's food...
Horse is a minor pagan influence
but
as far as health is concerned
it is 100% normal for consumption.
The taboo surrounding it is the same taboo that surrounds pagan rite.
