noice
Lol how does that even support your back?
I just lean back
It supports my upper back/shoulders and I keep the rest of my back straight
And I only have 25s so it's not that heavy
broke niggas really be out here
Is there another way to do upper chest at home? Besides decline push-ups
uhh
Spit it out nigga lol
@Punished Örlogskapten ☧ you mean incline?
Weighted push ups are pretty under rated. You can just put weights in a back pack
John Meadows has a pretty good channel. I think this is helpful for whoever said they have trouble doing rows.
Ty
@Bloat MOGG decline push-ups, as in push-ups with ur feet on a bench and arms on the floor, is harder than the opposite. So I think that decline pushups train upper chest
And incline push ups are the easiest so I think that they train lower chest
Also just think of the movement if u were on a bench with a bar
wait isn’t it the opposite
incline trains upper decline trains lower?
What?
@BabySnaps for bench yes, but for push ups no
Because gravity
They’re probably called feet elevated push ups or something really
If you can’t do 100 push ups in 3 minutes what are you doing
Unless you’re like 200kg
100 pushups in 3 minutes that's great even for SOF
so im doing pushups
and my lower back at the bottom of my spine hurts
why is that
In my experience people who focus on calisthenics more than anything else are just afraid of admitting they're afraid of weights
@Inquisitor of this Flavortown bad form perhaps
shieeeet
Are u keeping ur back straight
i think so
Keep your core tight
Or letting gravity take over
i think gravity may be the problem
Then do some incline push-ups for now
35 push-ups in a minute is what you should be able to do before looking at the bench
