but if the deal is to good then you wont hurt in the short term lots of police depts are selling all their 40s
What about 10mm
so glad i live in NY where even though i'm of age to own a handgun i have to wait in line for 3 years
fuck this state
liveing in a state like that would drive me up the wall
high cost of living, everyone is a ]]]communist[[[, shit gun laws
you bet
in my state we can't own suppressors
i would avoid 10mm for badic purposes
its an expensive cartridge more so than say 9 or 45
guns using it reliaably are a bit more expensive as well
parts and acessories are also more expensive \
and outside of say bear bear defense or how do you say "outdoor defense" u wont get much use out of it
unless ur looking to expand your handgun collection
its a good caliber and all
not something id reccoemend as a first handgun or even a second
I like the .40, I don't have anything negative to say about it. It's a bit more expensive than 9mm, but cheaper than .45
A .40 S&W is a 10mm shortened. 10mm is pricey. Go with the .40 between the two.
there sa good reason all the alphabet agencies and police depts are selling their 40s for 9s instead
Yeah I hear 10mm is good if you're defending yourself against bears
Why are police agencies going back to 9mm?
Anyone have any experience with the .38 Super?
why r u interested in this caliber?
they are goign back to nine because with modern self defence ammunition
9 mm velocity and stopping ability is more than suffecient
plus u get a few more rounds 2withoput having to reload
@Joe the boomer
9mm or .45? Your personal opinion.
seriosuly
either
someone newer
shud go 9
given the nature of lower cap with 45s the 45 drifts into an experts defense weapon
.45 1911 is a great pistol
But also a Glock 17, 92fs, and Browning Hi Power are great 9mm
depends on the 1911
there r some doodoo ones out there
i woudl avoid the browning highpower for a first 9
little more finicky with parts and maintenance
