meat is high in caloric content too, consider substituting beef or whatevr, with just chicken
and just do shit that involves basic physical exercise, walk to the store, carry your own groceries, dont drive
if a place is under 5 km, just walk there
dont even need to go to the gym for that
if you want to gym, start with simple kinesthetics, body-weight-exercises, squads, lunges, planks, pushups, that stuff

you can buy things organically to have less garbage in it

honestly, the simplest thing is to walk instead of drive to places
There are plenty of farmers markets out there
so I have to find another thing that I can do that doesn't kill my knees.
since it doesnt involve having to make time to go to the gym etc, it's far more sustainable, and you're less likely to stop doing it due to lack of discipline
