if so then yeah i went to novus ordo
it was better towards the end i felt pretty good some thing i dont remeber from when i went to church as a youngin
like altar girls and having members of the community/church giving out communion
yeah both of those things a product of the revolution in the Church....
yeah i do not remeber that 15 to 20 years ago!
It's been around for about 50 years, it depends on the church though
INTERESTING
the altar girls thing ?
cause i do not rmeber that but i believe u
that all being saifd i had a good time and am looking forward to getting more involved .I met one of my priests young fella but nice and i met anohter elderly lady who had just decided to come back to the church and she was telling me how she knew who fulton j sheen was and was able to listen to one of his sermons and she gave hima small plastic pin when she was a little girl so that was pretty cool
very good
thats my church or rather the one my famnily goes to often i plan to visit a few more over time
gunna try to go to the statue ceremony unveiling
In short, the 'Traditional Latin Mass' was just *the Mass* that grew organically for millenia. It was at Vatican II in the 1960s that progressives (jews, freemasons, communists) in the Church finally staged their revolution, undermining several doctrines and implementing the (oddly protestant-like) Novus Ordo Missae and ruberics, which among other things has resulted in what can only be described as liturgical anarchy.
It hurts that i can only go to novus ordo
Latin is such a beautiful language
Hebrew is such a beautiful language
Damn throat crap is too hard
Hebrew can be beautiful. As well as old Greek, and so on.
The biblical languages are conveniently beautiful when spoken.
The songs which can be sung,
and so on.
There's a certain element of majesty in them.
Also, I cannot emphasize this enough, actually study Hebrew.
The language of the enemy, and the language of the Old Testament is nothing to snub your nose at.
I don't know what church to go to
95% of the churches here are awful prots
there are a few very small catholic churches but I think all of them are immigrant congregations
chileans and poles probably
should I join one of them?
yes
either one sounds good the polish is probably better b ut chileans r based
Poles
Poland probably has the best catholic church going on rn
if they emulate that its probably a good experience
