I was in the kincaide fire just recently and the one two years before but came thru it both times thank you universe the the first responders were outstanding even the animal people were just awesome but PGE Management of the whole power off for days thing felt like we got paid back for them being sued for 2017. Then this power out thing - you would think the customer would not be charged for power Oh.no they average out approx what you normally use and charge you for it.

Itll depend on who ur payment plan, you might’ve screwed yourself over in a contract. I’d review any contracts you’ve signed or that your landlord (if applicable) signed, because that could be a violation.
