What holds it in?
Seems possible
I believe in the idea of an icewall, but I can not prove there is one.
Hopefully the FE expeditions aren't just fake bs and actually turn up proof.
Well we see video of it
We also see videos from space
But to be fair there is space video.
Problem is
You just can't trust it.
And that goes both ways.
We cant goto space but we can go to Antarctica
As said, the only way to truly know is from personal experience
That's my problem with the globe theory, all of these things are supposedly happening but we can't sense them, and even at the highest point on Earth you still can't see it.
So why are you a globe earther then?
Because to me it seems the most logical
Fair
Like your beliefs seem logical to you
You seem like a smart person compared to these trolls.
I just find it hard to believe something that we can never observe ourselves.
We just need to trust NASA and Fakex.
Uncertainty is scary
To most people anyways
Its certain its flat
Thats what matters
Its certain its not a globe like we r taught
Thats what matters
There's no empirical proof that we are on a globe, but there is for a flat earth.
People only buy into it because thats what they were taught as children.
Can a baby comprehend or even understand where or what they are living on? No.
But if you engrave it into their minds for years, they'll believe it after a while and call people like us stupid.
Pretty sure almost every flat earther used to believe earth was a globe.
Can I bring up a counter to one of the arguments I see about not being able to feel the earth spinning
What is it?
When you are on a plane you don’t feel it moving and until you look out the window you can’t tell if you are moving, the only time you feel movement is during the acceleration of it
True, but I would argue that if you are spinning at over 1000mph, that's different.
And everything would just fly off.
Water doesn't stick to a ball.
But you are forgetting that in order for the globe model to work you need gravity, but I know you don’t believe in that
It’s a circle of not believing one thing about each others model that leads to not believing everything else
True
