what they can do with 5g ,is basically create a digital cloud image of everything in between from device to device ,so i believe it could be used for intelligence purposes

well, not really! dissipation would be what would happen to contrails. contrails being the vapour that's emitted and obviously those would dissipate in the atmosphere

well, I'm on the fence with chemtrails, there is an actual legitimate term used by governments and their agencies, whilst they don't ackowledge the existence of chemtrails, they do acknowledge geoengineering as well as "Stratospheric Aerosol Injection" The United Nations released a document, in relation to Agenda 21/2030 (Sustainable Development Goals) where they talk about it further there, a good read! you should check it out
