if you actually want an accurate one you would atleast want to know the size of the sun
But science claims to have that information
they can claim all they want

they use some weird technology to measure something so hard
They use the distance between planets to get the earth sun distance
and as i said the trigonometric model is flawed becuase the distance has constantly changed
doesnt matter they cant measure the distance to the planet
Bouncing a laser off of a planet/asteroid and waiting for it to return for an accurate distance
Why not?
People can’t fire a laser to an object, wait for it to return, and calculate a distance?

Radar signal is the term they use
just like using radiometric data to measure old fossils is extremely inaccurate
But lasers are used for objects like the moon
what makes you think radio waves will measure distance of such far objects accurately
But that’s besides the point for interplanetary objects
Because they’ve produced accurate results?
