hosts files exist on both apple and android, but require root / jailbreak to modify

Found some how to for android that just require ADB connection

I agree with you, however the Patriot Act was surpassed by the NDAA. Personally, i would rather all declared Wars of the USA be stopped. It removes thier basis for those legislations and allows usa to recover from the disaster of the debts of those wars.

Damn! I was just looking up what the NDAA is and it has 665 amendments. 😳

I've managed to thwart most privacy invasion technologies but when 5G comes out, it will be impossible

I have a deep technological background and understand how far up our asses they are

I run mostly free drivers on PC's, open firmwares on routers, etc, avoided the smart Meters, an unsanctioned network, etc

5G is a frequency change, it is the same as 4G just a higher frequency. Unless they change the internet infrastructure and methodologies it is just more bandwidth and faster + easier to block. Higher frequency = easier to disrupt.

5g though they can see you like a camera
