I have xfce on it, lightweight, runs ok, I can probably browse from that
Yeah tor browser is light app shouldn't be an issue
I only have 8GB on what was my old gaming rig and can run 5-6 browsers plus krita andother things
ram*
I wrote a custom encryption transfer program, so any files that go from here to there are encrypted then sent over another encrypted channel, then over encrypted ssh.
kek nice should be fairly secure
Transfer of decryption keys is done in pieces on different dates hidden in files, so even if Prism was capturing everything, they wouldn't be able to piece it together. Retroactively
Are they still actively using Prism? (may have something newer/stopped when 45 got in)
of course
guarenteed
I hadn't checked..really not overly concerned not a big enough target to be worthwhile in current climate and when this is over I'll be deleting myself as much as possible from the internet
You can do that to a point, but unless you also burn your house down, destroy your identitiy completely, they'll be able to link it down the road
Only way is to buy a new birth certificate
And even with face recognition today, that doesn't always work, they can piece it together and link
Yeah plan is not that drastic.. not worried about hiding identity so much as not being spied on. Probably live travelling
Over road RV, stay on mining claims in BFE
That can be stopped today if you reduce televisions in your home, remove your smart meter (Unsanctioned network into your home) and avoid 5G in the cities.
Yeah already there so fairly comfy
I'm not there out of the cities yet, but no 5G, and avoided smart meter from city for now, but soon I'll have to move when 5G comes
Do you have that .onion address handy?
I got Tor running, need to test
yeah sec have to sneaker net to this machine
jthnx5wyvjvzsxtu.onion
Ty sir. I'm in at work 😉
Outstanding
@TheNikitis do you just use it as a proxy?
The vps
I can
I use it for IRC as well
Run my own private server
I use noVNC connection to the gui, then just run TOR in it.
Tor browser
Sounds pretty good tbh. How's the latency?
update on a q posts app and it claims a q post came out, but not confirmed on qmap nor other relay sites
anybody on the boards can confirm if one was posted
according to keybase -
@Moooooooooooooo Works well enough. Internet speed is pretty good, going through so many terminals there's a slight scroll lag, but nothing unbearable for what you can view.
