Watch him run for President in a few years. He's alleged to have been, at least for some time, a member of Skull and Bones--where his uncle was a member with Dubya. After Chesa graduated with a double degree (one in "mass migration with a focus on Central America)--he went to advise Hugo Chavez in Venezuela.
