I am binary, so I place things into 2 groups, their are slight variations and many different types of things, but I put them in to groups for sake of brevity, so when I talk bout lowering risks I’m talking about all possible ways and i am not separating the ways of lowering or mitigating for brevity, but , I’ve noticed for some you have to use the language they use for them to understand them, which is of no surprise , a man speaking spanish, and a man speaking English, may be saying the same thing (idea,concept) but they might not agree that that is the case, which is what is happening hear but I speak your language, so I understand that we agree, but, I want us to move on, but , I will gladly hear ur words if you want to expand further
