I would do low impact cardio + lift heavy while eating clean until you're low bodyfat % then run 3 times a week if you enjoy it.

@JulioAX3 You have to experiment. I personally do a blend of intermittent fasting, low carbs and higher fat. If I am being more athletic and less aesthetic; I do higher cab and lower fat.

You run into trouble when you do both high fat and high carb. Keep protein medium and balance the other two macros.
