it's not even wrong, it's telling me there isn't a newline where there should be, except there is a newline in that spot and my output matches the tests

It was dumb, I didn't take calc one seriously freshman year because I had done it in high school, and I paid the price for that by having to take it again.

and by dumb I mean I was dumb for not taking it seriously

It prevented me from taking the discrete math course at the same time as the C course, so I took that second semester freshman year and then took discrete math last semester

One, and then sometimes the data structures and algorithms course I'm in right now is taught in either java or c++, my roommates last semester was in java, this semester I am in c++

It all depends on the professor really
