So I basically just increased the "unexplored" ocean and land to make it so the civilizations distant from each other don't actually have contact at all. Or even know eachother exist.

@meratrix @Deleted User I'm thinking about designing a huge world/campaign. basically, there are a bunch of islands, and people are just starting to leave them. So people start the game as humans, and will find new races and the likes.

Thing is, this NPC is special. And basically is on blood fever all the time.
Basically, if an enemy has lost health, he has advantage at attacking him.
Yes. But he has disadvantage at intelligence, wisdom, and charisma saves.
Basically, if the PC's want to start fighting the caliphate, they cant fight the Caliph and all his kingsguard at the same time. They are meant to be tactical and pick the guards one by one. This guy is supposed to fight all of them by himself with his two mercenaries.
The two mercenaries can be one shot lol.
