I'm attempting to see where their firearms policy comes from

but I can't decide if they are even left or right

2019-03-21 16:52:42 UTC

They are mostly pro gun to win the support of the people who do hunting as a sport, very popular in rural Spain

2019-03-21 16:53:23 UTC

It's how they won many votes in Andalusia

2019-03-21 16:53:42 UTC

Even from people that were traditionally left wing

2019-03-21 16:54:48 UTC

firearm ownership is generally more about the authoritarian/libertarian angle rather than right or left

2019-03-21 16:54:53 UTC

so up or down

2019-03-21 16:55:29 UTC

From the sound of it, Vox is just your normal kind of right wing.

Seems so, some weird lefty stuff in there. I don't think firearms are left or right.

It's just kinda dumb to not be able t have one

2019-03-21 17:11:01 UTC

yes, any law abiding citizen should be allowed to own a RPG-7

2019-03-21 17:11:44 UTC

why waste your money on a 70 year old gear?

2019-03-21 17:12:15 UTC

that was but one example

2019-03-21 17:13:17 UTC

and it should be inexpensive which is the best part

2019-03-21 17:13:27 UTC

syria bought panzer ivs from france for £5400 each, £110k with inflation

2019-03-21 17:13:38 UTC

it's a hazard to own

2019-03-21 17:14:08 UTC

a grenade launcher that old is bound to put a splinter in your hand

I'd say having a pistol under your pillow, a shotgun and a hunting rifle is right-wing.

RPGs are underwear on head Liberal Lefty

2019-03-21 17:15:31 UTC

though imagine what Mark Fuckerberg would do if he had access to heavy weaponry

2019-03-21 17:15:59 UTC

what's heavy weaponry in this example?

2019-03-21 17:16:21 UTC

who says that he don't have access to heavy weapons as when you have his level of money laws don't work the same anymore

2019-03-21 17:16:23 UTC

javelins, attack helicopters, tanks, apc's

2019-03-21 17:17:13 UTC

etc

Pistol and Shotgun for home defense. Hunting Rifle for boyfriends that haven't bought home daughters at curfew time.

2019-03-21 17:23:26 UTC

Just build a fucking tower and snipe then when they are late

2019-03-21 17:24:32 UTC

naa invite them inside and take them down to the basement for some enhanced interrogation sessions

2019-03-21 17:25:08 UTC

so I like the 357 sig cartridge but I keep seeing people say it's stupid but don't really offer any reasoning

2019-03-21 17:30:48 UTC

@Jules Winnfield jules: master of building towers to snipe turtles with pellet rifles

2019-03-21 17:31:03 UTC

your yard is just like

2019-03-21 17:31:07 UTC

10 concrete towers

2019-03-21 17:32:12 UTC

Lmao

2019-03-21 17:49:35 UTC

@nutsnax Because in terms of internal ballistics, it offers no real advantage of 9mm. And that’s the thing that’s important in self defense handgun calibers.

2019-03-21 17:52:08 UTC

Like in terms of expansion and penetration depths, you can reach those figures with standard pressure 9mm.

2019-03-21 17:55:59 UTC

It isn’t just .357 SIG that has this issue btw. Most service handgun calibers are being cucked by 9mm, because modern 9mm loading are too good.

2019-03-21 18:10:14 UTC

yea I saw lucky gunner's article on it - the problem I noticed was that they used, what appeared to be, gimped ammo - tnoutdoors used a 16" block with underwood that uses the speer gold dot jhp projectile and it blew through his block

2019-03-21 18:11:00 UTC

the other thing is what 357 sig does in a carbine... that 1350 fps gimped ammo turns into 1850 or 1900 fps out of a 16" carbine

2019-03-21 18:12:10 UTC

tnoutdoors did his test with a 4" barrel glock 32

2019-03-21 18:17:07 UTC

the underwood chronos at like 1500+ fps
