EU is a politician wet dream, you get to sit on your ass and govern people getting payed and dont have to answer to anyone regardless of happens. for people in EU it becoming a nightmare of laws taxes and regulations that is made to keep them down at all times and the icing on the cake is that they want to replace you with brown men and if you refuse that you are branded as alt right racist

2019-03-30 12:33:25 UTC

https://twitter.com/GUENGL/status/1111228153022828545 and this is how EU was treating it lower class workers

2019-03-30 12:34:37 UTC

2019-03-30 12:35:48 UTC

2019-03-30 12:36:56 UTC

2019-03-30 12:37:22 UTC

dont worry EU have to bail out Spain's banks next week like last week anyway

2019-03-30 12:37:53 UTC

Wonder what the EU's approval rating is in Spain?

2019-03-30 12:38:15 UTC

Mostly pro EU

2019-03-30 12:38:26 UTC

Must be nice to have bailouts

2019-03-30 12:39:45 UTC

Hmm says the American

2019-03-30 12:40:18 UTC

i feel like that's an insult @Capitán Alatriste

2019-03-30 12:40:27 UTC

but i don't understand it so i can't oof

2019-03-30 12:40:33 UTC

So Spaniard, seeing all the arguements against the EU, what do you want to do, try and fix it I guess?
Also yes. We tried bailouts. It didn't work.

2019-03-30 12:40:51 UTC

@Deleted User the US banks had to be bailed out by the fed in the early stages of the 2008 recession

2019-03-30 12:41:09 UTC

I mean it saved the banks but didn't solve the problem.

2019-03-30 12:41:49 UTC

So it festered and everyone lost faith in the economy, worsening the recession.

2019-03-30 12:43:22 UTC
2019-03-30 12:43:28 UTC

BOTTOM LINE - Europe is even more dependent on strong banks to fuel its economy than the U.S. Yet the continent’s lenders can’t seem to find healthy profits.

2019-03-30 12:43:34 UTC

Though the alternative was probably starvation for many.

2019-03-30 12:43:49 UTC

Yeah the DB and Commerzbank merger is quite delicate atm

2019-03-30 12:44:11 UTC

It was one of those fucked regardless of your solution things.

2019-03-30 12:44:20 UTC

One one hand we need strong banks to stand against China yet it would cost thousands in employment

2019-03-30 12:44:41 UTC

Why would employment cost money?

2019-03-30 12:44:54 UTC

As in jobs would be lost...
