If Shapiro actually wrote the book, he was advocating for peaceful, harmonious discourse between political groups... Neil was setting out that Shapiro is very divisive in how he chooses to interract, which is hypocrisy.

To Shapiro, the guy does sound Leftist. To me, he is one, he is well left of American conservatives.
