Also Roads, Waste, and Energy (and most bridges) are State/Local not Federal

And Transit is mostly Private or Semi-Private ran

infrastructure needs to happen too before they go private sector

and even those get grants from the government if they work as a public service

It is quasi private (Private but with gov backing)

Amtrak is the same way

And the rest of the train companies are full Private

All Power companies are private owned

And generally Gov Sanctioned Monopolies
