I have no reason to doubt what Tommy is saying here, and it's interesting how the courts have been playing games to justify sending him to prison.
(Normal sentence for this type of breach for reporters would be a fine, but judges are free to apply any sentence they like.)
They charged Tommy again four days after his "Panodrama" video... that's what they're wanting revenge for, it's not really anything to do with the paedo court case IMO.
