If they show you the multi-color screen test cards, it's fake. Live digital TV doesn't use test cards.
If signal is broken it shows a black screen.
We need to further stress the fact that CNN are conspiracy theorists. The Russian thing is an outright lie. There is still zero evidence of collusion, there are no recordings, no documents, no nothing, it is completely fabricated and treated as though its established fact, going to far as to ridicule those who question the narrative.
Not to mention actively censor the truth via selective coverage
