I argue hate speech doesnt exist because it's a nebulous concept. It's too open to interpretation and doesn't otherwise describe something we need to coin a term to categorize. We already have racism and the thousand phobias. Saying ``i hate niggers`` is hate speech is like saying ``ATM machine``
