I think he's more about respecting the legality of the immigration and whether a state is allowing immigrants or not.
I am libertarian on imigration and Israel is for the Jews are two principles fundemantaly in conflict
Even as a libertarian I think if you appreciate the purpose of a military, or of the self-preservation of a state, you understand the plausibility of maintaining a strict immigration system.
