Have any of you ever had problems with your browser windows flashing, and popping up and getting stuck? I reinstalled chrome, updated my drivers, and it's still happening. it's been like this for over a year and it's really annoying

@Deleted User it may not be the problem. But ive been having some really weird system lag issues (buttons don't register clicking for a few seconds, that sort of thing) and I've isolated the problem I think to having FB open

I take them as jokes but I joke about them seriously
