Anyone seen JF's last stream? An example of his bias, compare his criticism of Crowder with how he interviews people like Ryan Dawson, never questioning one statement of fact made by them. Looking at jokes as facts so he can "debunk" them instead of realizing what it is they are laughing at is observably true - he couldn't find on google a statement made by a palestinian that they treat Jews like a disease, so obviously Palestinians are peaceful towards Israel.
Embarrassing for him
π
And he is so good at doing it too, treating jokes as serious facts for him to debunk when it suits him while himself joking in the same manner all the time. Not questioning the people he interviews when they make incorrect or unverified statements but mocking Crowder for not investigating a joke
Not that Crowder doesn't have his faults
But JF was grasping at straws to attack him on that subject
JF is not without his flaws
He has massive flaws of bias
Which is a shame for someone pertaining to be a beacon of objectivity, emotionless and calculated
I think he was probably grasping for content and found something that would pander to the /pol/ portion of his audience
Yes, and it sucks
Because he could have really easily done an objective analysis of the situation
Shedding light on both narratives
And maybe commentating on who he thinks is right once the facts are laid out in front of the audience
Instead he just succumbs to emotional bias
Or to pandering to his audience
Yes, It's sickening
the French are very emotional
they're like high IQ Italians
Or at least be more open about your bias and maybe have an honest debate about the facts
I would say though that JF is often pretty courteous in conversations and debates
I really think he was just fishing for content
Yes, I agree
He is still better than the average youtuber
Maybe I am giving him too much flak due to my own obvious bias in favor of Israel
I am sorry if I did
I wonder if he does it with other subjects too and to what extent
But I do believe Israel-Palestine is a bit more personal for him because of his feeling of oppression as a Quebecois nationalist
you are at least concious of your own bias
He might be conscious about it too but he doesn't seem to admit it
@obrallaghan the latins are very emotional
Because he is trying to maintain an image of being empirical and objective
