I tend to believe it's a false flag attempt by anti muslim activists, I think it's brilliant on their part but it's still probably a lie unless someone can prove that they are actually a thing
So far I see easy to set up online pages and not a lot of actual muslims talking about it, so it reeks of untruth
So it's myth busted
Unless that 4chan thread is just some guy trolling 4chan, which I guess is also possible
