2018-06-04 23:12:18 UTC

You should read Property in the Nazi Germany

2018-06-04 23:12:21 UTC

its a white paper

2018-06-04 23:12:25 UTC

2018-06-04 23:12:44 UTC

I'm going to bed now. Good night @Deleted User

2018-06-04 23:12:49 UTC

Thanks for the conversation

2018-06-04 23:12:49 UTC

Unfortunately we only have a period after depression and during war, but we dont see a large peacetime version of Fascism

2018-06-04 23:12:55 UTC

preparing for war is one type of economy

2018-06-04 23:13:01 UTC

Thanks Cetronius!

2018-06-04 23:13:21 UTC

Fasicsm was truly snuffed out before he really began (muh no real fascism)

2018-06-04 23:13:40 UTC

It was real, but it was not developed

2018-06-04 23:14:01 UTC

I've always been fascinated with the difference between Nazis (neo or otherwise) and communists. As a libertarian, they both seem like the same thing to me, because they both sit opposite to me as far as respect for capitalism. I figured it was probably similar to the difference between minarchists and ancaps. Basically the same shit, but the differences are super huge in their minds because they're really closed to all the little details.

2018-06-04 23:14:09 UTC

So you disagree with liberal principles regarding social issues. Do you have a problem with homosexuality, etc?

2018-06-04 23:14:15 UTC

no

2018-06-04 23:14:31 UTC

A key pillar to communism is ending property, thats not a part of fascism at all

2018-06-04 23:14:36 UTC

huge distinction

2018-06-04 23:14:56 UTC

But a fascist state can take what it pleases when it pleases, right?

2018-06-04 23:15:04 UTC

No

2018-06-04 23:15:09 UTC

@Mercury Nazis were nationalists, while communists want to abolish the state.

2018-06-04 23:15:31 UTC

No? So no nationalizing roads or banks or railroads or anything?

2018-06-04 23:15:47 UTC

The nazis, for instance, had a great respect for property and private contracts, and encouraged entrepreneurs etc.

2018-06-04 23:16:02 UTC

The big deal with Nazis is stopping the global movement of capital

2018-06-04 23:16:06 UTC

@Deleted User Wow so it's even closer to the minarchist/ancap divide than I even realized.

2018-06-04 23:16:17 UTC

it undermined the nation

2018-06-04 23:17:01 UTC

In a sense its what Trump says in "America First" .....its the Nation First (economically), and in its laws, preserving the ethics and morals and traditions of the people

2018-06-04 23:17:09 UTC

@Mercury you can read 'Those Damned Nazis' of Goebbels to get a better understanding, It is kind of a manifesto, it has not more than three pages.

2018-06-04 23:17:10 UTC

Not allowing leftist progressivism

2018-06-04 23:17:12 UTC

Capital can’t move outside the nation if you just conquer the world and removed the undesirables

2018-06-04 23:17:28 UTC

It was a reaction to the same shit we see now with the Trannies teaching kindergarten

2018-06-04 23:17:35 UTC

that kind of thing was happening in Germany

2018-06-04 23:17:41 UTC

Wiemar republic

2018-06-04 23:17:47 UTC

@Deleted User Ah! I see where the miscommunication is. To me 'capitalism' means the ability to freely trade and do business, keep your property, let the market decide, etc. To you it seems 'capitalism' means the financial industry.
