I thought about the femfreq discord server, and the more I think about it, the more I am starting to believe that it's actual purpose is to get discord to adopt a "Trust & Safety Council" approach. because inevitably people will go there and criticize anita, and they will do so with harsh language which will probably give anita the ammo she needs to petition discord.
that's pretty insidious
There's a femfreq discord server?
they were trying to raise 25k for one
I just looked it up
What the actual fuck
I love someone who said "They're paying her 25k to spend 25 minutes of work"
lol
@Deleted User
Seems like they got 35k for it
that's gay
Yeah they already met the goal
who the fuck shilled out that ammount of cash
for such a retarded purpose
Oh shit can't wait to see their gender breakdown of E3!
FemFreq reached the goal over a week ago
Where the fuck is my invite
Who pays for moderation
lol
I don't think you understand the full context
@M4Gunner
Yup
It's doomed to fall
It was a subgoal of a larger goal
If they reached 25k, she would "additionally" make a Discord server
@Deleted User yeah but she entered video games dispite the fact she didn't/doesn't play them so it's not like it's the first time she's done this.
and the only way for her to stay relevant and get money is by getting attacked online
"gib monniez for teh wimmenz"
I mean, I find it likely that she has bills and shit to pay
Been a long while since she's been "relevant"
I think she wants to plant her flag on this: https://www.theverge.com/2018/2/28/17062554/discord-alt-right-neo-nazi-white-supremacy-atomwaffen
you might not know it yet, but we will all be alt-right mra pickup artists soon
"What do you mean you don't support genocide of the rich"
"You're a fucking Nazi, banned."
lol
I guess only time will tell
but I think anita is definitely chasing her detractors.
It's almost as if being controversial gets you money
Look, the majority of discord users are " alt right" types
There's a hint of truth to the idea of "all attention is good attention"
before she found video games, she released a lot of silly videos which were poking for resistance, until she found video games where she actually got push back. that's when she started her kickstarter campaign.
