Death penalty would be fine in a perfect world

Personally, putting someone in a cage their whole life isn't much better than killing them. But if someone does something worthy of the death penalty then they don't need to sit in a cage... because they're generally not safe to ever release... and few of them will even be useful to society (notice I say few,... we don't make policies from exceptions).
