If you want to be succesful make sure your parttime job is something in the direction of something you wanna do when you are older

working at macdonalds will make it very difficult to get up any further you gotta make connections in the industry right the fck away

I've applied to a multitude of jobs, mostly those in the music area of things however I haven't heard back from any of them yet. I've recently sent out another seven so if I don't receive any kind of notice within a week I'll send out a few more to different areas

not just sent out applications. try to talk with these people in the industry. yeah i know scary social anxiety. anyway try to socialize with these people all people actually if it is scary i understand if you are young. how to do that where would people in your industry meet or go out at

that can help you

They'd likely do a lot of these things in different events such as gigs or talks, however I don't have the money to attend those so I'll likely need a job to earn whatever money I can so I can network in that way
