It also trainst the mind as well as body
Great for a lot of the mental issues associated with weight
That's why they fat
My wife isnt even that overwieght. Granted she gained a few pounds from having our 2 kids. She was down about it. I told her fix it, and she is now. Thats what people should do if they dont like it not eat more
I am blunt. If you dont like something fix it. Complaining fixes nothing
I dropped sodas about four years ago, and I think that helps, too. I know some overweight people who don't treat themselves better due to time constraints, but even if you actively exercise for just a year or so, your body will adjust so that you keep a better form even if you work out less. Again, I can speak from experience here.
Its all moderation
Exactly. Most junk food works like that.
The same could be said about any sweets tbh
I have a soda maybe once a week
But i also have a physical job now so i burn it off. I also dont really drink coffee anymore either
I used to drink coffee like a fish
Though not the overly sugared coffee shop coffees
I have a weakness for cookies and pizza bites. I only eat them every few weeks, but I'm somewhat unnerved by the fact I even get cravings for those considering how rarely I eat them.
^not together, that'd be kinda nasty
Eh
Coffee is one of my few pleasures in life.
Not all *cravings* are for a bad reason
Some cravings are just because you enjoy a flavor, or because you are lacking something in the item, ect.
Yea vitamin or mineral
Because if forget to eat enough iron
Also, fats.
Not all fats are bad tho. The body requires fats to maintain
No, I meant, if you're craving something creamy, it's because you need fats
It all boils to moderation
Fair
Agreed.
Oh, hey, there's a fitness chat.
Man, there's one for everything.
Basically
Also, circlejerks over the correct way to cook and eat steak
Or laugh at vegans
I like it at least body temperature
I don't know about shaming, but I am happy to hum to this eternal classic masterwork. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t2mU6USTBRE
Yeah, I do think that's a useful force that seems to be used only by those who tell you not to use it on those who need it.
"You're eating my food's food."
