So all the things wrong: Biker is going full motor-supported speed from what I can tell (he's not pedaling) on the sidewalk. He cuts across to the road from the sidewalk at full speed. He then does not ensure adequate following distance. He is not paying attention to traffic which leads to... Lastly he does not brake or move to the side when the driver ahead of him emergency stops.
