I just ate some fats and protiens and trained 3 days a week at first then went up to 5 days a week, put on 75 lbs of lean muscle in 2 years

My breakfast is fats and protiens, my lunch is carbs and protein, and my dinner is mostly protien with a tiny bit of carbs from vegetables, usually broccoli

I tend to DD more than drink, but I'll have a few when we go out. I dislike anything that changes my perception or prevents me form observing my surroundings well.
