choose a consistent sleep schedule
that's the most important part
is consistency
the iphone has a tool for it
idk about whatever you use
9 - 11 I'll do that.
but set an alarm to stop using electronic an hour before you go to bed
and then to wake up 9-10 hours later
and eventually you'll get used to getting howver much sleep you'll need
and you'll feel better and more refreshed
