i got my home gym this morning
bought this boy on craigslist
it's not terrible
but here's the thing boss
i have 190 lbs in 10 lb weights
that's a lot of tiny plates
it's going to be pretty goofy
i'm about to order some 25s

yea stander plate are great for home and to start off with @tin
but that give some basics to do bench curls shrugs pulls
yeah it'll be nice and comfy
need to clean out the garage

i just did some exercises guys. but i'm shit at it
i did a few push ups, and some pull-up attempts
that'll do for today!
i did some stretching too

its take a second to become strong

i'm trying pull ups and push ups because my upper body posture is crap
i figure strengthening some of the muscles up there might help
