@Seatoast well just my knees so I don't run much at all now and lifting I stopped doing because I could never get back into to it once I stopped

I've never done dead lifts before so I asked a girl there about it. She was telling me the importance of proper form and she helped me with back squats. I did the split squats and a lot of dumbells workouts that she knew. I feel like jelly. We didn't exchange info unfortunately but she told me what stuff to look up. And I still hate you @Seatoast
