I like women's sports... when the women are just weaker but still have nice technique. I like watching the female events of things like alpine skiing, XC skiing, biathlon, ice tube sports, ice skating, gymnastics... but it's laughable to watch women try to play stuff like soccer, basketball, cycling or action sports.

The female competitions of things like skateboarding and freestyle skiing are straight-up embarrassing. It makes me cringe, for real.

Men in ice skating = quad flips
Women in ice skating = triple flips (less but still really good)

Men in freestyle skiing = triple flips
Women in freestyle skiing = single flips (and they look like they're making an inhumane effort to pull them off)

Watching women race in something like biathlon is really cool. Their shooting percentages are similar to men, they use the same strategies, their skiing technique is fine, they're just 20% slower than the men.
In cycling it should be the same... except women's cycling doesn't use the level of strategy men's cycling uses. I've seen female race contenders pedal away from a fullsize peloton without opposition. No freaking team tried to somehow give chase, you can't do that in men's cycling, it's insane.

Yeah you don't really see the difference that much in i.e. biathlon I guess.. Or cross country. Obviously there are sports, that sort of highlight the female features, and some very bad people might like those just because. I watched some female wrestling today, I guess they could do a lot of fun stuff there with women. What else, well you might also watch ice skating just because you like something like, nice to look at, not because of the triple flips , I guess. I have to say it's impressive with 60K at Atletico even if it was free. I doubt it would happen in my city, even if they paid people €5 to go watch it.

They need like 5-6 steps more than men to reach similar distances.

I kinda understand that the FIS doesn't allow the women to jump from the bigger hills. I do dislike how the men never hit the smaller hills outside World Champs and Olympic Games, that's stupid.

Oh, the ski flying stuff. The longer ones allow for jumps of up to 240m or so.

For some reason, those hills are getting more popular and new ski flying hills are getting built. 😂
