Let's say... you happen to have a BETa-Back: what would you do to correct this issue?

1. See a chiropractor
2. Eat more Collagen Glucosamine such as Bone Broths n Chicken Bone Soups
3. Supplement and Eat Eggs (like a Man)

BETa-Back is easily sorted. You have to do something though!

Avoid Bone & Joint Inflammatory Toxins:
1. Sugar (acidic blood)
2. Vegetable Oils (oxidized)
3. Deli Meats (with nitrates)
4. Poorman's Food/ FrankenFoods/ Junk Food

Diet is a lifestyle, everything you eat is a diet. Perhaps look up the definition, that's why people say, you have a poor diet or whatever, most people do and that's the source of their issues for the most part, many make changes and it does wonders
