Page 67 in the Proxy Statement talks about the proposals that were voted on. Proposals 1-3 were approved by a majority, while Proposals 4-17 were rejected by the majority. Most (not all, not all) of the rejected Proposals were addressing (subtly) the extensive array of evil that Google has perpetrated on this country
