@Slut_maker Hardly anyone has had worse anxiety, socially & generalized as me, largely due to my history and upbringing. My advice which will, 100% work in overcoming your anxiety is that you need exposure. So you need to go to a type of school, or get a job. You need to be uncomfortable in order to get comfortable eventually. And it may feel hard for awhile but you’ll get used to it

You’re going to have to work eventually so you might as well get on it now than wait. Also if you avoid going out & doing these things, the anxiety will become worse which will make it feel more crippling when you finally have to get a job/go to school. So better to get it done now
