Broccoli is better raw, but cauliflower is great with just butter salt n pepper, or paprika, steamed and topped with white-sauce, or with hollandaise
eh i dont add anything to my veggies. eat them the way they meant to be xD
a nice beurre blanc with a white-wine base
after you add all that your not really tasting cauliflower. esp when it never had a taste to begin with xD
You don't drown it in the sauce. Just enough to accent the natural flavor of cauliflower
it sounds tasty no doubt
nutmeg and allspice go well with it too, it has a subtle hearty taste to it due to the lack of chlorophyll that would clash with those two spices
