I mean I am wondering if it would be a good idea to start a 'lads' WhatsApp group in the workplace. Ostensibly for lad chat/banter etc, and then subtly drop anti feminist stuff in there, but like ironically etc

Whether it's a good idea for your workplace would be for you to decide, we dont really know what your workplace is like. If it's labelled as for men only as you seem to be implying with the 'lad' thing then I would expect backlash from people who feel the group, which is directly tied to a place of work, should be open for anyone from that workplace joining. Something I'd agree with
