you can clearly see the one guy pull something out of a pocket, make mastorbatory motions with his hand exactly as the blood shows up
you seen them nearly frantic, but as soon as that part is done they both relax completely
He's not fishing blood out of his pocket, it's probably alcohol disinfectant. I dunno, can't really tell, it could be both depending on your personal perspective. I tend to go with the disinfectant angle
