Yes, that is why I added the second article. I’m not sure if there was a set time limit, but judge who continued to renew it even in retirement finally died in August 2015, and the new judge ruled that it be allowed to expire in 2017.
If anyone was wondering why it seemed like nothing was being done about vote fraud, that is why.

Kappy wasn’t a bullshitter. He was friends with Seth Green. That’s how he knew about him and his wife. His death is very disturbing. He called out many of the Hollywood pedos. And trusted the wrong people. RIP Kappy
