cloud seeding is done on many levels...when u see 'power plants' pump out white smoke..it's not smoke, it's steam
might have some smoke mixed in but it's mostly steam
every time nasa does a rocket engine test, few miles away the heated rocket exhaust comes back down as rain
since the fuel for the rockets is basically hydrogen and oxygen so the only byproduct is water

first few articles were saying it was 17 ppl attacked..with 2 in critical

in the videos you can see blood
for video the often just tone down the red color so it becomes less obvious
i suspect they're using the tarp to cover up the scene
