well the major outbreaks of some childhood illnesses in major cities is among mostly the jewish population
and last month or earlier this month, nyc pushed out a mandate to get everybody vaxx's to contain the outbreaks..no religion excuses this time, everybody gets a vaxx

cloud seeding is done on many levels...when u see 'power plants' pump out white smoke..it's not smoke, it's steam
might have some smoke mixed in but it's mostly steam
every time nasa does a rocket engine test, few miles away the heated rocket exhaust comes back down as rain
since the fuel for the rockets is basically hydrogen and oxygen so the only byproduct is water
