You might suggest the same folks who are hosting Utorrent and bit torrent.
utorrent and bit torrent are apps for torrent networks
it has nothing to do with the actual networks or host sites/servers except might give u access to dl the torrents
plenty of other torrent clients out there
I understand but they were booted from a couple different hosting companies a few years back

Ya this makes sense actually because if the site goes fown for 10 days they can fill in the "placeholders" offline. Site comes back up the 15 the day coates leaves and ALL the placeholders are filled in
