It's not up to Trump.. if a crime is committed it's the DOJ's job to take the next steps.
The DOJ has made clear they will not prosecute. So it is up to Trump to tell them you must treat all the same.
His job is to protect and uphold the constitution.. the Dems are bringing themselves down.

Yes it does. But there was no reason for these people to never once say there must be equal justice. Just instead wine about how it is so unequal. They need to demand equal justice. Sorry but I do not trust the GHW Bush Barr. Why would I. RR keeps his job now. That is solid proof that Barr, Muller (his best friend) and RR are three of a kind and not one of them supports equal Justice. Rather justice as a weapon of the left.
