Well there is this Mexican Tobacco. Marijuana no one knows of it so rename Hemp Marijuana then we can make it illegal and no one will get it. Standard Oil will profit.

We've had hemp production for probably 10+ years with hemp hearts oil, protein... separate from marijuana... not sure if CBD oil was legal before.
